2025 marks the 60th anniversary for Producing Artistic Director, Steve Steiner, currently at Surflight Theater in Beach Haven, New Jersey. I had a wonderful interview with Steve earlier today, and was honored to celebrate this extremely talented man.

I wanted to share my interview with Steve here as I learned quite a bit from him, but two valuable things stood out for me. One, he said to never be to proud to take each opportunity that comes your way, as it will always teach you something. Then he said never let yourself get cynical in this industry.  I believe these are very wise words from a man who has journeyed this long and held his passion strong.

Myself, as a woman who promotes dreamers and encourages people to step into their dreams, these words from Steve, couldn't be wiser.
