Tamarah Ellen is an inspirational & eclectic Fine Art Photographer.
“I have been in the fashion and beauty industry most of my life and enjoy experimenting with fabrics for backdrops, as well as painting my own backdrops for an artistic personal touch. I also enjoy draping fabrics and molding them into my own fashion designs on my subjects. Growing up with a passion for Arabian horses, as well as being a huge dog lover, I enjoy using my creativity from the arts, my skills in hairdressing, and makeup artistry to adorn my Arabian with hair accessories, painted face, the American Flag, crowns, jewels, etc.
Being passionate about charities that are personal to me, I also have photographed the Greensboro ALS Walk for 3 years and the ALS Apalooza Music Festival. Street photography is a huge passion for me, testing my artistic skills, as I have the ability, to see art in almost anything, whether it’s a thing of beauty or something heartfelt, life experiences, and even pain that I may see. My photography also at times, is an expression of my own life experiences, passions, pain, dreams and how I see the world through my own eyes.
One of the most exciting photography ventures for me, is when I have the opportunity to photograph the guest on my Live Internet Show, ‘Tamarah’s Closet.’ I interview talented people from all over the world in the industry of the arts, celebrate them and promote them.
I am forever seeking new ways to explore my creativity through my photography, painting backdrops, and designing fashions, whether it’s with models, musicians, horses, street photography, dog sports, equine sports, and even architecture.
I am passionate about photographing men and women of all ages, in portraiture work, since I believe, as well as see, an eloquence in my more mature subjects, that only comes through wisdom and life’s experiences. Our wisdom and inner beauty, is our greatest beauty, in and of itself.”
